WWE 2k24’s release is approaching closer with only slightly more than a month remaining. As the game is set to release on March 8 this year, several personalities who have got to play the game are hyping it up. One of the names on this list is Cody Rhodes, who got to try out WWE 2k24 while playing as himself.

Cody Rhodes couldn’t contain his excitement

In a live stream with Brandon Collymore, “The American Nightmare” was there to play a trial match with him. While playing through the demo, Cody Rhodes selected himself in the video game while Collymore chose Randy Orton. He experienced the newly introduced ‘Trading Blows’ mini-game in WWE 2k24 and couldn’t help but scream out of excitement.

We can see both of them playing the game while they are very engaged in the same. While Collymore is rather subtle with his excitement, showing it only through his facial expressions, Rhodes can be heard screaming into the mic.

While reposting a clip of him being ecstatic about the gameplay, Rhodes said, “I’m such a dummy, dude put a mic on my lapel and I’m just yelling the whole time 🎤 💥Gameplay experience was so dang fun! @2K @WWEgames #WWE2K24

In the clip, Cody Rhodes is being introduced to one of the many latest features of the game, which is a new minigame called ‘Trading Blows’ where the two characters involved can strike each other without stopping.

This wasn’t the only time that Cody Rhodes was excited for the upcoming game. In fact, the wrestler recently poured all of his ecstasy into one video when he was revealed as the face of the game.
