The feud between Rhodes and the Judgment Day has been ongoing since Jey Uso came to Monday Night RAW. The heel group wanted to recruit Jey, who was against the idea. Upon being rejected, JD wanted to teach Jey a lesson. This is where Rhodes came to his rescue and formed a bond that won the Tag Team Championships at Fastlane 2023.

WarGames match history and concept
WarGames is a unique match-type set inside a steel cage. It has been a staple in the world of professional wrestling, away from the WWE. This thrilling match typically features two teams, each comprised of four, five, or more wrestlers, locked inside a steel cage that spans two rings placed side by side.
The inception of the WarGames match can be credited to the mind of Dusty Rhodes in 1987. Initially introduced in Jim Crockett Promotions (JCP) of the National Wrestling Alliance, this match type became an annual tradition in World Championship Wrestling (WCW), frequently occurring at the Fall Brawl pay-per-view event.
