Charlotte Flair faced a severe injury during her recent match against Asuka. The Queen was seen holding her knee and screaming “My knee” which caught the referee Charles Robinson’s attention. After a proper diagnosis, WWE announced that the former Women’s Champion would be out of action for 9 months after her surgery. And now, we finally have an update on her health.

Since getting surgery was much required to get her back into perfect health, it would also determine the waiting period for Charlotte Flair. As of now, we don’t have an official return date for the female wrestler, but reports give us a glimpse into the details of her upcoming knee surgery.

Charlotte Flair has started her journey to recovery

On her journey to getting back to her perfect health, Flair is well on her way to the first step. Even though Flair hasn’t updated fans herself, sources at WWE point toward Flair getting her knee treated soon. According to PWInsider, the surgery will take place in early January. And if we count the 9-month hiatus from that point onward, we can expect her to return sometime in October 2024.
