The SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair has been there and done it all. She is among the most talented names on the main roster currently irrespective of the division. So when Flair heaps praise on one of her peers, it certainly is a coming-of-age moment for the superstar in question.

She has overseen a rewarding career and would be fully aware of what works in the wrestling world, especially WWE. The second-generation superstar surely had her veteran cap on when she singled out an up-and-coming WWE superstar for appreciation. 

Charlotte Flair discusses a young WWE superstar’s career growth

The Queen recently chatted with SHAK Wrestling. She discussed a host of topics and gave massive plaudits to Dominik Mysterio‘s career growth. On being asked about so many facets of junior Mysterio’s personality, Flair said, “Oh, he always had it you just have to give someone time. Let them grow into..,let give them a chance.”

On his amazing career growth, the grand slam champion said, “Like, I’m so proud of him, and I think he is absolutely killing it. And I mean I can’t wait to see where his career goes. I just, it’s a matter of allowing someone to grow and he has, and give him the space.”

The 14-time women’s champion was quite right in pointing out Mysterio’s growth and recent success in the company. A former-tag team champion, he is certainly among the best thing to come out of WWE’s programming in recent times.

Mysterio’s transition from a likable babyface to an evil heel has turned a lot of heads. And it turns out not only fans but fellow wrestlers are also falling head over heels for the superstar’s meteoric rise. Stepping into the shoes of one’s famous father can be a daunting task. And who better than to speak on Mysterio’s work till now than the daughter of Ric Flair?

She is about to face ‘The Eradicator’ Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39 and came face to face with the latter’s stable member, Dom on the February 24th edition of SmackDown.

Both have had on-screen interaction recently

Dominik Mysterio confronted the blue brand’s women’s champion in an intriguing segment where he humiliated her. Both legacy superstars had an interesting conversation. Flair hit back by strongly implying about her husband and now AEW star Andrade El Idolo during the discussion, without naming him specifically.

The two would come face to face again on a later episode of SmackDown. Mysterio would this time pose as a decoy for Mami to hit a cheap shot on the second-generation superstar. This led to an all-out brawl between the champion and the challenger, and it took several people to break the ensuing melee.

Having witnessed Dominik Mysterio coming into his own both off and on-screen, Charlotte Flair would have a fair idea of how far he has come. And her recent praise for Dom certainly makes that much clear.
