Fans might work their fingers to the bone to come up with nuanced analyses and speculation before any big event kicks in. But WWE often proves them fool by unleashing a series of startling events that were not on their card. It goes the same with the Money in The Bank PLE last night, where John Cena sneaked in on the show leaving Brock Lesnar’s appearance rumor in the bin.

The Hollywood hunk not being billed to star in the event brought chills to the thick crowd of London’s O2 Arena while making a stylish entry to the wrestling ring holding his signature ‘Never Give Up’ towel. The Champ took the opportunity and hyped the wild fans up for the prospect of a WrestleMania event in London, UK.

Following a heated confrontation with former NXT talent Grayson Waller, Cena posed with the briefcase holders of the match. Ms Money in The Bank, ISO SKY, put the photo on her Twitter wall hours after the show.

John Cena’s heart-melting gesture toward ISO SKY made leaves her in seventh heaven

Cena’s moments of grand reception were cut short by the former NXT star Grayson Waller who contradicted the Ruthless Aggression era legend saying a WrestleMania should take place in Australia instead of London. Following a heated verbal war, Waller launched an attack on Cena only to be met with some Attitude Adjustment.

Although Cena let the fans know that he was more than ready to step into the ring against Waller and show him his place up front, he didn’t refrain from showing off his positive, uplifting self. Cena clicked a picture with both winners of the Money in the Bank ladder match including former NXT star IYO SKY.

The Damage CTRL member, who climbed over her fellow stablemate Bayley, was clearly in awe with 16 times World Champion by her side during the photoshoot.

SKY even flaunted that photo on Twitter to make it clear that she is in the good grace of John Cena.

However, if you wonder who can be the next opponent for Cena after a smashing MITB return, there are some perfect fits on the card.

Who can be the next big opponent for John Cena in WWE?

WWE may have some big plans regarding Grayson and Cena as they themselves teased it at the Money in The Bank last night. But other than that obvious possibility, there are a few more amazing storylines that WWE might consider selling involving the former face of the company.

LA Knight can make a perfect opponent for Cena. After his shattering loss at MITB, Triple H himself weighed in on the big plan for Knight. It might range to the point of pitting him against Cena in a high-voltage match. It will be a big push to Knight’s status as a main eventer of the company as well.

The second-best option for Cena seems to be Logan Paul. He is already long rumored to face off against the Cenation leader. Cena’s return to the business might allow WWE to capitalize on that buzz.

Now we need to see how the company likes to proceed with the options for Cena.

Speaking of ISO SKY, John Cena’s acknowledgment might put her forward in her journey even more rapidly after walking out of London with the briefcase.
