“Brock Lesnar, You Psycho”: Fans Disheartened as The Beast Enforces a Career-Ending Attack on Cody Rhodes to Add Insult to Injury

If there is one thing everyone knows, Brock Lesnar is an agent of destruction. While he had been playing the good guy for the past few months now, he very well could have turned heel anytime he wanted. But he waited for the best opportunity.

As evidenced by the surprise at the start of the show, everyone thought that Lesnar would support Cody Rhodes in his conquest against Roman Reigns. But Lesnar broke that dream by giving Rhodes the beating of a lifetime. While this is the normal Lesnar mood that we all know, the fans are still extremely disheartened.

Fans in dismay to see Brock Lesnar turn on Cody Rhodes

At the start of the show, Brock Lesnar agreed to partner up with Cody Rhodes to take on Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa. For many, this was the first time that they would watch Lesnar competing in a tag match. But as soon as everyone made their entrance, Lesnar F5’d Rhodes out of nowhere. To the surprise of everyone, this segment continued as Lesnar demolished Rhodes.

From the steel steps to the chair shots, Lesnar did not take a long time to get everyone scared for Rhodes. Lesnar even F5’d Rhodes through the announce table all the while destroying him with chair shots in the back.

This fan thinks that this is the path that Rhodes has to climb to make it to the top again, after losing at WrestleMania.

This fan already knew what was going to go down based on everything Lesnar has done in the past.

While Lesnar might not be with The Bloodline, he could make an argument if he wanted to.

This isn’t the first time that this has happened. WWE is running back the Lesnar vs Cena story from 2012.

This fan thinks that Reigns and Lesnar are in a cahoot!

While this fan agrees this was imminent, given the time left for the main event, but Lesnar’s betrayal still hurt.

The reactions of the fans are mixed. While some are contemplating the meaning behind this switch, others just don’t understand why Lesnar would do this. But seeing Cody Rhodes like this has got people getting up from their seats and gasping in shock.
