On last week’s episode of Tribute to the Troops at SmackDown, Charlotte Flair faced off against the Empress of Tomorrow, Asuka. The mishap that led to the injury was something that fans were not able to unsee. Following the event, Flair was sent back to her Florida home, where she received a complete medical evaluation before the decision was made.
This update means “The Queen” is likely to miss WWE’s marquee WrestleMania event next year in April. While fans were still in shock with this news, Flair responded to the news on her social media. She will be absent from other PLEs such as Royal Rumble. This is her second hiatus this year. Following her defeat at the hands of Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39, the 37-year-old star took a couple of months off as she was set to marry AEW star, Manuel Andrade.
