Paul Heyman was a guest on Tetragrammaton with Rick Rubin. Heyman spoke about various subjects and shared some interesting stories. Speaking on Brock Lesnar, Heyman had a beautiful memory to share with the fans.

“So we were on a plane to England. We were doing a British pay-per-view and we were sitting together and I ok we got a long flight ahead of us together lets get to know each other and I asked him where do you see yourself in five years and where do you see yourself in ten years and the answer from any young guy is always the same, main event in WrestleMania, millionaire, and his answer was don’t know where I will be but I will have bought my parents farm and given them a much more comfortable life and I’ll figure out the rest from there and it blindsided me the appreciation that he had for his parents,” Heyman said.

While talking about Lesnar, Paul highly appreciated him and said he finds him inspirational. Despite being rivals, they have shared a strong friendship bond.

Heyman admits he felt shocked to hear his goals and how realistic Lesnar sounded. He also appreciated Lesnar’s love and dedication to his family. The 57-year-old remembers being blindsided by his answer as Lesnar was not chasing money and fame, but focusing more on living a normal life.

Vince McMahon disliked the WWE veteran Paul Heyman’s idea of calling Brock Lesnar “The Next Big Thing.” In McMahon’s opinion, it is a terrible name.

Now famously called the Beast Incarnate Lesnar, Paul Heyman and the WWE star were an unstoppable duo on WWE’s main roster in mid-2002.

Brock Lesnar has lived up to the name that was bestowed on him, “The next big thing”. The young Lesnar had the perfect qualities of a future megastar who has the potential to carry the show on his shoulders.
