Grayson Waller shuts down Drew McIntyre after Australia’s World Cup win

Grayson Waller has made a name for himself as a great heel in the WWE. After feuding online with Dwayne Johnson, John Cena, and pop icon Taylor Swift, Waller went after McIntyre. This came after the Aussie star’s home country won the Cricket World Cup, beating Team India. 

Waller is no stranger to getting into feuds online. This aspect of him has made him a fan-favorite heel in the WWE. His witty heel banter with fellow WWE stars and celebrities is hilarious to see unfold online. Newly formed heel, McIntyre emerged as his next target.

After his journey to India for the WWE Superstar Spectacle that took place on September 8, 2023, McIntyre showed his fondness for the country. McIntyre said, “He is King Kohli for a reason 👑 Congrats @ImVKohli for reaching 50 ODI hundreds and massive congrats to India for reaching the #CWC23 Final” To this Waller commented with a picture of the Australian Cricket team holding up the World Cup after their win.

While McIntyre made it clear that cricketer Virat Kohli of the Indian Cricket team was his favorite and his choice to win the World Cup, Waller had ammo once India lost. His no-word response could lead to a new feud. However, at the moment he has some hurdles to overcome, as he aims to exact revenge and exterminate his foes.

McIntyre’s work at Survivor Series helping the Judgment Day

During the last episode of Monday Night RAW, McIntyre entered into a partnership with The Judgment Day, helping Finn Balor and Damian Priest retain the tag team titles. Now, with the upcoming match at Survivor Series 2023, McIntyre could play a part in the team winning.

This resulted in speculation that Randy Orton could be returning to even out the score. Orton’s return has been teased for weeks now.
