Are you a person who loves to depend on energy drinks after having a hectic day at work? While we all know energy drink can’t be a proper replacement for a balanced meal, sometimes it really helps to revitalize our body and mind. The Rock believes it to the core, as he prefers having a glass of his own tequila after a tiresome leg day at the gym.
But apart from his spirit brand Teremana Tequila which recently scored massive success in terms of worldwide sales, we must not forget about another drink, ZOA, that the Hollywood star launched in 2021. Despite plotting a major marketing push this year, ZOA Energy seems to have a serious competitor in the form of Logan Paul-produced PRIME Hydration. If you ever feel confused about picking between them, this article might come to your help.

Dwayne Johnson is a true veteran in the business industry. He has earned a fair amount of customer trust over the years. Be it his Tequila or ZOA, DJ’s topmost priorities always revolve around providing quality while maintaining environmental parameters.
According to the former WWE champion, ZOA is a “healthy and immunity-supporting energy drink” that anybody can avail with $29.9 dollar. The Rock claimed it to be the first of its kind product loaded with vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B, essential amino, camu camu, turmeric, antioxidants, Acerola, Choline, and finally the healthy dose of 160 Mrs of natural caffeine from green tea extracts and green coffee beans.
The joint venture of Dwayne Johnson, Day Garcia, Dave Rienzi, and John Shulman was said to aim for providing the best health to the everyday warrior while not compromising on its delicious taste.

Despite showing promising sales numbers for the last two years, nutritionists aren’t very convinced about its food value. ”There is certainly not a balance of macronutrients here, nor are there enough vitamins and minerals that can replace about one-third of the nutrients you would get in one meal,” said a nutrition consultant for the Food Network.
Also, ZOA’s caffeine content, 160 mg, is equal to two or three cups of coffee, which might be overwhelming for some people.

Now, let’s look at the most recently hyped-up PRIME, launched by Logan Paul and KSI.
Where does Logan Paul’s PRIME Hydration stand in front of Johnson’s ZOA?
Internet sensation and WWE performer Logan Paul’s energy drink PRIME instantly became a sensation to the young generation since hitting the market last year. It promotes long lines in grocery stores, thanks to the marketing strategy and its beautiful packaging in vibrant colors cans.
Recently, social media maven Paul claimed in an interview that the PRIME Hydration brand touched $250 million in retail sales during its first year of existence. Data showed that its sales graphs put it behind only Gatorade, Gatorade Zero, BodyArmor, Gatorade Frost, and Powerade in the sports drink space earlier this year. It has challenged Johnson’s reign with ZOA in terms of the first two months’ sales.

Coca-Cola-acquired brand, however, found itself in deep water as of late. Despite being ahead of Johnson’s brand’s popularity, it lacked in terms of safety. According to recent reports, the energy drink has a whopping 200 mg of caffeine per 12-ounce can — an 8.4-ounce can of Red Bull has 80 mg. Senator Chuck Schumer slammed the brand saying, ”Buyers and parents beware because it’s a serious health concern for the kids it so feverishly targets.” while demanding an FDA investigation of the product.
