One of the success stories from this year’s football fraternity was the re-launch of XFL. Under new management, Dwayne Johnson’s minor football league managed to take off after years of failed efforts.
However, after the season ended, XFL received bad press as reports of the league losing $60 millions emerged. While Johnson, one of the co-owners of the XFL, played it cool, job cuts painted a different scenario.

Now to make up for the heavy loss, the XFL has come up with a new strategy for the upcoming season. As per an update from Dani Garcia, the league’s co-owner, the XFL has merged with USFL.

Garcia, Johnson’s former wife, announced on Instagram. The post also mentioned that the new season will kick off on March 30, 2024. She states, “We are now finalizing terms of definitive agreement and will share more about this new League in the coming weeks.”
She stated that they are finalizing the teams and asked fans to wait for more updates in the future.
