How to unlock the John Cena player model with new hair in WWE 2K24?

With WWE 2K24’s release, fans quickly tried to find the game’s hidden Easter eggs and secrets. Most WWE games have had secret characters and roster members that you cannot unlock the traditional way. This is the fun of being a gamer, and WWE game lovers are no different. Taking to social media, one player posted a tutorial on how to unlock a new John Cena player model with a brand new hairstyle.

The model in question sports the hairstyle of the WWE 2K22 John Cena model. This is way more different from the current hairstyle the normal model has. While everything about the player character is the same, you get some bonus content.

All the player needs to do is search for the tag CENAHIDDEN or WhatsTheStatus. Doing so will unlock this player model. You get a custom portrait, a Commentary by Cena, and a Ring Announcer named John Cena. The model also sports an alternative attire.

WWE 2K24 contains over 200 superstars from the current roster and the years gone by. This is a massive improvement over WWE 2K23, which had around 180 playable characters. However, Cena isn’t the only wrestler with an alternative player model.

Yes, with the search tag BALORHIDDEN or WhatsTheStatus, you can unlock the Demon Finn Balor’s hidden model. Along with the same bonus as Cena, you also get Demon Balor entrances and victory animation. If you are a Bray Wyatt fan, you can use the search tag WYATT23ALT or WhatsTheStatus. This will unlock the Bray Wyatt model from the WWE 2K23 game. It comes with an updated beard and hair and also the SmackDown ’23 attire.

No longer will you have to play as The Fiend to satisfy your craving for the late Wyatt in the game.
