WWE Games is going all in with their new installment of the video game, WWE 2k24. This year’s installment is extra special for fans and the company as this year will be the fortieth anniversary of the beloved Show of the Shows, WrestleMania. While the game is set to feature a tribute to WrestleMania with the Forty Years of WrestleMania pack, the game will be paying homage to a legendary star, Chyna.

Chyna’s first look revealed

In a recent post on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the studio has released the first look at Chyna. The caption read, “The Ninth Wonder of the World!” calling the former WWE star by one of her popular aliases. It has been speculated by that Chyna will be a playable character in the game.

The late star who was known to break barriers in the pro wrestling industry passed away back in 2016. She made her debut in 1997 and changed the way female stars were seen in the industry.

She was also memorably known for being a part of the D-Generation X alongside Triple H, Shawn Michaels, X Pac, & others. During her time at WWE, she won the Intercontinental Championship title.

While there are many moments from her career that fans still think of, her storyline with Eddie Guerrero was something fans saw for the first time.

Love and Intercontinental Championship title

As fans remember, Chyna is the first and only woman in the history of the promotion to win the Intercontinental Championship title by defeating Jeff Jarrett at the 1999 No Mercy PPV. However, with the win, came many challengers. Her biggest challenger was none other than Eddie Guerrero. The two fueded a couple of times where Chyna was able to win and lose the title. Finally, the two had a rematch after Chyna lost her title to Guerrero. The two feuded once again and after a controversial match, the two were declared as co-champions. But who knew love would blossom between the co-champions?

The two heels became a fan favorite instantly with their on-screen chemistry loved by everyone. The two faced off against Trish Stratus and Val Venis in an Intergender Tag Team match and won her Intercontinental Championship title back. However, she lost the title two weeks later to her on-screen boyfriend in a triple-threat match with Kurt Angle. This was the start of their dwindling relationship and soon the two broke up.
