Seth Freakin Rollins just survived the giant Omos tonight, living up to his moniker of ‘The Beast Slayer’ to attain victory against the Nigerian star. ‘The Architect’ was not the favorite in the contest when it came to the size comparisons, but he managed to come to the top at the end after a series of unthinkable moves and maneuvers. Omos tried to gain an advantage early when wanted to get his hands on Rollins even before finishing his entrance properly. But after enduring some initial dominance for a few minutes, Rollins bounced back and launched a flurry of attacks on the Nigerian Giant.

Fans were skeptical of the type of match the two stars would pull off given Omos’ lack of experience, but they were in for a surprise, as the two put on a highly entertaining match. This also led to Rollins praising Omos after the match.

The match reached its climax when Omos almost took the win by countering Rollins’ stomp with the choke slam. However, the next moment, Rollins fought back and hit the stomp successfully to come out victorious in the 10-minute intense brawl.

While Rollins’s supremacy prevails in the end, it can surely be termed one of the best matches of Omos’ career. So, he deserves his flowers too. He received appreciation from fans who praised his commendable effort, but nothing matched the applause that came from his very opponent in the bout.

Yes, you heard it right. Seth Freakin Rollins acknowledged Omos’s power and potential during a post-match interview. ‘The Visionary’ noted, ”Let me tell you something about that giant. He proved how big he was out there tonight because it took the biggest stomp of all time to put him to bed. Eat your heart out, Joel Embiid. Eat your heart out, Draymond Green. You cannot imitate, very flattering, but I’m still the best, baby!”

Following Rollins’ super amazing win at Backlash, fans wonder what will be his next move in the company.

What’s next for Seth Rollins?

After an electrifying Backlash, the next PLE event is the Night of Champions on May 27. It’s obvious for Rollins to play a key role in the event.

The man is on a roll lately, offering some impressive displays inside the squared circle. While his latest Backslash victory added to his legacy, fans look forward to some possible future directions for the 36-year-old. Rollins is perhaps the only heel to have his fans singing the theme song with him. Although his heel turn proved great, considering the huge backing of the crowd and his impressive persona, WWE might give thought to modifying his character a bit most preferably into a face.
