While she hasn’t confirmed that she is All Elite yet, she dropped a major hint on social media, ahead of AEW Dynamite’s Big Business special.
The Boss makes her way to Boston

Back when Tony Khan announced that AEW would be holding an AEW Dynamite special called ‘Big Business’, he called it “one of AEW’s biggest nights and a night that the entire professional wrestling industry will remember.” The poster for the event featured a hint at Mone’s moniker ‘The Boss’ with the word Boston spelled as ‘Bo$$ton.’The internet caught fire with the rumors of her AEW debut. The Boss too loves playing the Riddler as she keeps sending cryptic messages on social media hinting at her debut. And as AEW gears up for Big Business tonight, Mone has revealed on her Instagram story that she is in Boston. And she wrote it as ‘Bosston’.
Her arrival at Tony Khan’s company would be a major boost for a women’s division that still doesn’t enjoy the importance fans expect from it. If the Boss makes her arrival, she believes that she must elevate the division to greater heights. How do we know that? Well, she claimed this in a recent podcast appearance.
Mone looks forward to catapulting the women’s division
During a recent appearance on the Kick Rocks podcast, Mercedes Mone was asked if she feels a responsibility to elevate any division she participates in. And while Mone revealed that she doesn’t like pressurizing herself, she believes that it is her responsibility to bring equality to the business.

She said, “I don’t like putting pressure on myself like that. I don’t feel like it’s a responsibility when it’s my dream and what I love because it’s not a responsibility, it’s what I have to do. It’s what I was born to do. My sole purpose. It’s what I’m chasing to do. Equality in this business, making this business safe for women and respected for women. It’s beyond that. Responsibility? You can put it on me, but it’s my goal. It’s what I’ve been chasing. It’s what makes me so passionate about this business and makes me go chase these dreams that you sometimes think are not possible. Let me see if it can be. If no one is going to do it, I will, or try to.”

AEW Dynamite Big Business takes place tonight at TD Garden in Boston, Mone’s hometown. So it would surely be exciting to see what she brings to the company if she makes her debut tonight. She surely is expected to become one of the most important pieces of AEW’s women’s division and her presence will contribute to the growth and strengthening of that division, making her an essential component of the company.
