Tony Khan recently announced a special ” BIG BUSINESS ” episode of Dynamite, scheduled for March 13th at the TD Garden in Boston. Following this, reports surfaced about ‘The CEO’ signing with the promotion, hinting at her potential debut soon.

During an interview on The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, Hardy was asked about Mercedes Moné’s possible debut. While uncertain, he expressed confidence in the likelihood, especially considering her previous stint in WWE. “I don’t know, but I would bank on it,” Hardy quipped.

He also commented on the potential impact of her signing, acknowledging her status as one of the top stars globally. Matt also emphasized the positive effect she would have on the women’s division. “It’s definitely going to boost the women’s division without a doubt. I mean, she’s one of the top women in the world. She has a huge, loyal, dedicated following, so yeah, it would be a big deal. It’d be a huge boost to the women’s division.”

After departing WWE in 2022, Sasha Banks reinvented herself as “The CEO,” focusing on wrestling for NJPW and STARDOM. However, a fractured ankle in May 2023 sidelined her for months.

Kris Statlander loved the notion of taking on Mercedes Moné head-on when asked about a possible matchup in September of last year. Statlander indicated her preparedness at a press conference after the most recent AEW All Out event, emphasizing her readiness to face Moné in the ring if the chance presents itself.
