When the big reveal came to the surface and Ash by Elegance made her way to the ringside for the Knockouts World Title match between Trinity and Jordynne Grace, fans were less than elated. When the hype about a massive signing provided intrigue, they expected a massive star to make her way to the promotion.

And the star power that the former Dana Brooke brought wasn’t the only problem the fans had. The wrestling faithful complained about how her entire gimmick, from her appearance to her mannerisms, seemed like a copy of AEW’s Toni Storm.

Storm has been one of the crowd favorites in AEW. No wonder that TNA felt the need to try and imitate her gimmick. However, they aimed to pull off a tall task as the hype around Ash by Elegance was lacking as it garnered lackluster reactions. So much so that fans felt the need to rush to social media and let their fury known.
