No one was expecting Chris Jericho to become a hot topic in such a bad light. It all started when he decided to call out AEW’s legal official over a statement being made about NDAs at the company.
How did Chris Jericho get into trouble?
Right before Christmas Eve, the 53-year-old star got into an online argument with Stephen P. New. The said personnel has been the one who represented CM Punk and Ace Steel following the events of the 2022 AEW All Out. In an interview, New stated that the real story behind the backstage altercation might never come out as all the people involved are bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). This somehow prompted Jericho to question the very existence of the agreement and a Playbook that all stars on the roster have to abide by.
