Former WWE Champion and current AEW star took to X on November 27th and tweeted, “My dad always told me,The right thing is often the hardest thing to do.’ It won’t always make the most money. It won’t always be the most popular. But it’s still the right thing. #AEW ❤️”

Although Bryan Danielson has not mentioned anyone’s name, it is possible his tweet might be directed towards CM Punk. It was a reference to CM Punk’s recent promo. On this week’s RAW, Punk delivered a promo where he said that he was on WWE to make money and not friends.

Some fans believe that it may be the dirty work of Tony Khan as Wrestling promotions have limited authority over the social media accounts of their superstars. But Khan’s response can be considered as a reaction rather than an action.
