Michael Jordan is arguably the GOAT of the NBA. Similarly, Tom Brady is considered the GOAT of the NFL. Over the course of their careers, both Jordan and Brady won every accolade there is with some legendary performances. Even though MJ has been retired for over two decades now, fans still speak about his greatness. Likewise, Brady’s legend will live forever as well. Given the superstardom of the two, their collective involvement is bound to have fans going wild. That was exactly the case in a recent auction.

Over the years, MJ memorabilia have been sold for astronomical numbers in auctions. Notably, Jordan’s jersey from the 1998 NBA Finals was sold for a mind-boggling $10 million last year, which was a record.

Recently, a signed USA jersey of Michael Jordan was on auction. The jersey was reportedly worn by the Hall of Famer during the 1992 Olympics with the Dream Team. It was expected to be sold for around $600,000 to $900,000. Similarly, Tom Brady’s memorabilia has a huge demand as well, even though he retired very recently. In 2021, Brady’s rookie card was sold for a whopping $3 million. Recently, fans had the opportunity to own signed items of both legends, which was revealed by $75 million worth DJ Khaled.

The 47-year-old took to Instagram to disclose the information about the auction to own a basketball signed by His Airness and a football helmet signed by Brady. Another item in the silent auction was one round of golf with the DJ himself. The auction was a collaboration between Khaled’s charity We The Best Foundation and the Air Jordan Brand.

The WTB Foundation x Jordan Golf Classic Silent Auction was live a couple of days back and the event was held yesterday. A lot of fans and celebrities were in attendance to support the cause.

As DJ Khaled talked about the silent auction on his Instagram handle and listed the items on sale, fans expressed their excitement. Many fans showed love to Khaled for his efforts.
