Metcalf candidly shared the details of his daily food intake, which includes a surprising number of candies.

Talking about his diet, he conveyed to KG, ?I?m probably the worst person to talk about nutrition, I?m a candy type person.? This made KG gasp for air as he couldn?t believe the words that came out of him as he replied, ?Ahh, what?!?

The NFL star revealed, ?I eat one meal a day, one coffee, and like three full bags of candy.? After finding out Metcalf loved gummies, KG disbelievingly said, “Come on man, stop, stop, come on.” He later explained his daily routine from all his workouts in the morning up to the last meal of the day.

KG then hilariously said, “Safe to say, we’re gonna see a DK gummy in the future, right?” The 25-year-old confidently replied, “Yeah, sure.” This became a Certified moment for the podcast. “Ya’ll heard it. Another Certified moment,” KG proudly said. However, that wasn’t all Metcalf revealed about diet.
