Brady, post his retirement, has turned into an active investor. He made a move to acquire a stake in England?s soccer league.?

In addition to the investment to celebrate his birthday, he donated to a charity with the support of Michael Jordan.

On the occasion of his 46th birthday, Tom Brady gave back to the community. He auctioned a round of golf with him and the University of? Michigan?s football head coach Jim Harbaugh. The golf game will reportedly occur in Michael Jordan?s private golf course in Florida.

The person with the winning bid, approximately $155k, secured the exclusive opportunity.?

The seven-time Super Bowl champion is a proud alumnus of the University of Michigan.

Brady invested around $44.5 million to acquire a stake in Birmingham FC. Brady took the announcement to Twitter and addressed the fans about his motivation behind the investment. Birmingham FC?s official page on Twitter shared the video on their page.

?I do know a few things about winning,” started the 46-year-old. He added, “I know success starts with the work put in when the world isn’t watching. I know that a team is nothing without the city that shows up and stands behind it. Most importantly, I know I like being the underdog.”
