The Los Angeles Lakers vs the Golden State Warriors was one of the best games of this season with LeBron James and Stephen Curry going back and forth for a double OT thriller. The game has been the talk of the town for the last two days, as NBA veterans and fans took notice of all the interesting plays in it. While many would focus on the matchups, Gilbert Arenas and his crew brought one of Draymond Green‘s controversial fouls into the picture and couldn’t stop chuckling while analyzing those nervy few seconds.
It has been just a few games since Green returned from his suspension for slapping Jusuf Nurkic unintentionally. In the final few minutes of the game against the Lakers, Green attempted to swat the ball out of Anthony Davis‘s hands, but he ended up hitting the center, right in his face. Vanderbilt tried his best to review the call to get the 4-time champion a flagrant, but Draymond Green mocked him by imitating him. He was not given a flagrant and Arenas’ crew believed it was a huge escape.
"Shut your b*tch a*s up!"
Draymond Green mocked Jarred Vanderbilt for waving his finger for wanting a review on a flagrant foul where Anthony Davis got smacked in the face by Draymond in last night's Warriors-Lakers game.

Kenyon Martin imitated Green’s trash talk to Vanderbilt. He said, “This n****[Vanderbilt] asking for a f****** review…’Shut up. You’re trying to get me suspended again‘. This is what Draymond thinking”. Arenas couldn’t control his laughter.
"N*gga, shut up! You're trying to get me suspended again! That's what Draymond is thinking!"

It’s good that the Lakers did not review this play. Hilariously, Green had a similar swipe at LeBron James’s face as well, which the ‘Gil’s Arena’ showcased.
The Warriors cannot afford to lose Draymond Green anymore

The first half of the season is about to complete and Green has played just 19 games for the Warriors. Ejections were a problem as well. The 2017 DPOY was ejected three times in three months. His last one was on December 12, after which he was suspended for a full month. Green’s return has given momentum to the Warriors. The team is in desperate need of a defensive player and they can only rely on Green for the moment.
The Warriors are 19-24 and the last two games were a heartbreak for them. However, if Green was not on the roster, the Warriors would have given the Lakers and the Kings an easy win in the rival’s week. In the game against the Lakers, Green had a huge +/- for his all-around performance. Let’s hope the defensive forward controls his actions. The Warriors will need him to make it to the playoffs.
