Charles Barkley is one of the most influential sports media personalities in the world today. He is an 11-time NBA All-Star, who started working as an NBA analyst since his retirement in 2000. However, on the hardwood, he was famously referred to as The Round Mound of Rebound. While this was an obvious reference to his stature, Barkley also paved the way for shorter big men in a league dominated by giants. The 6’6 legend is now the host of the famous show ?NBA on TNT?.

In a resurfaced news report from 2021, the 1993 NBA MVP roasts a journalist.

Charles Barkley trolls an Auburn journalist over a chair

As an avid golf lover, Chuck never misses an opportunity to practice his golf swing on holidays. In a recent interview with Auburn Sports Staff Writer Brian Stultz, Charles Barkley and the reporter shared some funny moments. Brian Stultz, who is on the healthier side, asked Barkley if he was looking forward to the upcoming NBA season. The 11x All-Star replied, ?Hell no. Who likes to work??

But before that, there was a moment where the Phoenix Suns legend’s innate humor shone through.

Barkley had to be picked up in a chair

Charles Barkley, who is Jewish, wanted to fully be prepared for his daughter?s wedding. The Basketball Hall of Famer was talking about the Jewish wedding tradition of ?Hora?. In this, people take part in a celebratory dance in which party guests are lifted on a chair alongside the groom and bride?s family.

On the ?Jimmy Kimmel Live? show in 2021, Chuck said, ?I?ve been really working out hard because apparently, they’ve got to pick me up in a chair.

He further mentioned on the show, ?Listen, I need all Jewish people on deck, brother,” he added, ?Because I can only get so skinny by Saturday, man. It’s like I’m a soldier, all hands on deck.
