Shaq’s 23-year-old son Shareef features for the G League Ignite whereas his daughter Me’Arah O’Neal is set to the next big step in her basketball career by entering the NCAA. In a clip going viral online, the narrator explored the plausibility of the 6’4 youngster featuring for the LSU Tigers, Shaquille O’Neal‘s alma mater.
In a clip re-uploaded by Me’Arah, who’s already taller than Stephen Curry, the narrator was in awe of Me’Arah’s ability to dominate the paint using her physical prowess. She also revealed that Me’Arah is not short on options for joining her college basketball teams.
The 17-year-old reportedly has offers from LSU, Tennessee, Arizona State University, Baylor, University of Florida Gators, and Georgia Tech. It’ll be interesting to see if Me’Arah joins forces with Angel Reese at LSU to continue her family’s legacy at the institute. Maybe she can even break the curse by winning a National Title!

Me’Arah O’Neal has dominated the competition in her high school. This was not by chance. Shaquille O’Neal once revealed that he wanted his daughter to be mean.
He said, “The first person I told my daughter to watch is this beautiful woman next to me [Candance Parker] because they lookalike, they play alike.”?The host then praised Shaq for making the change possible. “She [Me?Arah] got a dog streak in her Shaquille.”
The humble Los Angeles Lakers legend replied, “Yes, but that?s not until I made her watch Candace.”
