This led to Kidd going on a rant at the media personality for bringing up stuff from the past while the team is currently performing well. As the video of him going after the reporter went viral on social media, Phoenix Suns legend Eddie Johnson shared his thoughts on the media debacle and the reporting done on Irving.

Recently, Jason Kidd shared his true feelings during a post-match press conference. During the conference, Tim McMahon said that the team struggled after trading for Kyrie Irving last year, and asked the head coach about what might have changed in the team to change their luck.

This made Jason Kidd question McMahon, asking why they were not writing any good things about the team now that they are playing well and have improved so much in their clutch performance. After letting the reporter know what he felt, Kidd walked out of the press conference.

The Suns legend Eddie Johnson saw this and shared the clip on Twitter. Along with this, he also took the opportunity to call out the reporter for their line of questioning.

The 1989 Sixth Man of the Year wrote, “There has been no drama in Dallas, their 2 stars have obviously blended well and seemingly like each other and yet impatience forces a media individual to search for something because he hates seeing Kyrie being a great teammate.“

The team has not had any issues, and both superstars are playing well. But the notion that drama follows Kyrie Irving is being abused by the media. They are searching for anything negative to write about Irving.

But both Jason Kidd and Eddie Johnson want the media to be truthful and write about what is happening to the team. When the team is playing well, write about the team playing well.
