Baltimore Ravens star quarterback Lamar Jackson has a great shot at the MVP award once again this year, but his dreams of a Super Bowl came to an end today. The Kansas City Chiefs had a comfortable 10-point victory, and it looks like their duo of Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes is turning out to be a nightmare for many. Surprisingly, this is not the only duo that fans await to see more of. American superstar Taylor Swift will join the stands once again to support her boyfriend at the Super Bowl on February 11th. Well, someone saw this coming long back.

Stephen A. Smith’s ESPN colleague Kendrick Perkins was locked in for the AFC championship game, sharing updates on X a bit too often. After Mahomes and Kelce defeated the Ravens to make it to their fourth Super Bowl, Perkins tweeted, “That damn Kelce and Mahomes just keeping making s*** happen.” Also, there was a notable prediction from the 2008 NBA champion. He added, “Taylor Swift might as well perform… hell she’s going to be there anyway!”

It’s safe to say that the 34-year-old singer will not miss Kelce’s championship game. She has been a part of the live crowd since the regular season games. However, Perkins’s prediction might turn out to become true, considering how promotional it will be for the NFL. Can we expect the unexpected? While the Chiefs’ victory is widely celebrated, it was heart-breaking to see Jackson, who will have to wait another year to make it to the Super Bowl.

Ever since he joined the league in 2018, the 27-year-old has made quite a name for himself in the playoffs. Yet, appearing in a Super Bowl is a dream for him, let alone winning one. A win today would have been an impressive addition to his resume. Perkins believed the same.

He shared on his Twitter, “Next week will be a defining moment for Lamar Jackson… and I’m here for it!!! Carry on…” It’s going to take quite some time for Jackson to come out of this nightmare. Well, it would be even worse if the Chiefs go on to win another Super Bowl.
