When asked “Has there ever been a disagreement about your choices or how you want to live your life?” speaking candidly, Larsa Pippen stated, “Honestly, my ex is great. He is a great guy. He co-parents, you know, we co-parent amazing together.” Larsa’s appreciation for Scottie’s contribution to their kids’ lives is evident; she emphasizes their cooperative approach to decision-making, regardless of individual differences.

The 49-year-old explains further, “The decisions we make are based on our kids. Like where Justin wants to go to college or, like, who’s, you know, if he’s going to go look at the school with him or I’m going to go. It’s not necessarily based on our, you know, the people that we date”. Larsa presents Scottie in her testimony as a committed father who puts his kids’ needs above all else, in addition to being her former husband.

Co-parenting in the Face of Relationship Chaos

Although their experience as co-parents may be an example of harmony, Larsa Pippen and Scottie’s relationship has its fair share of ups and downs. After a 2016 separation and a brief reunion, their marriage experienced instability again in 2018, which resulted in a finalized divorce December 2021. Although many would consider this a turbulent time, Larsa responds, “Not really. We don’t really discuss our personal lives.”
