Consequently, he’ll be overseeing both the Celtics’ NBA and G-League teams as per the reports. He is also the senior consultant in a G-league team for the 2023-24 season. Although the details of his agreement with the team remain undisclosed, there is also uncertainty regarding whether the contract might impose any limitations on his media engagements.

The Philadelphia 76ers legend made a recent appearance on the SI Media With Jimmy Traina podcast to delve into the current events in the NBA. Following successfully convincing NFL legend Wayne Gretzky, Sir Charles was working to see another prominent sports personality become part of TNT.

During the podcast, he noted, “I won?t be surprised if he finds his way to Turner. I won?t be shocked at all. If we hired Jeff Van Gundy it would be a home run.”?With TNT already boasting the likes of Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal, and more, it would have been interesting to witness Van Gundy with the crew.
