Harry Potter fans continue to mourn the death of ‘Dumbledore’ actor Michael Gambon as they look back on his terrific and effortless acting from the iconic franchise. As hours passed by, the famous cast of the movie, including Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, etc. expressed their sorrow by throwing light on their working experience with Gambon. The latest to join the list, outside the cast, was none other than our NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal‘s 26-year-old son.

The Harry Potter series produced some of the finest actors. After losing ‘Rubeus Hagrid’ last year, the world lost ‘Dumbledore’ this time out.

Daniel Radcliffe, aka Harry Potter, had a lot to say about the 82-year-old legend’s demise. However, Radcliffe’s words, “With the loss of Michael Gambon the world just became considerably less fun,” are something fans could relate to. The 34-year-old added, “I’m so sad to hear he has passed, but I am so grateful for the fact that I am one of the lucky people who got to work with him.” 

Rupert Grint aka Ron Weasley expressed his sorrow on Instagram as well, “So sad to hear about Michael. He brought so much warmth and mischief to every day on set…Sending all my love to his family.”

 

The Harry Potter franchise has millions of fans across the world. Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal’s eldest son Myles seems to be one of them. Sharing a picture of Gambon in his Dumbledore attire to his Instagram story, Myles added the peace emoji to celebrate the 82-year-old’s legacy

‘Harry Potter’ has sold over 500 million copies across the world and it wouldn’t have been possible without Gambon, who played a pivotal role.

Emma Watson “will miss” Dumbledore

33-year-old star Emma Watson has a few wholesome moments in the movie with Gambon. On his passing, ‘Hermione’ shared on her Instagram, “Kind kind kind Michael Gambon. You never took it too seriously, but somehow delivered the most serious moment with all the gravitas… We will miss you.”

These heartfelt notes are making Gambon’s demise even more sad for fans across the world. While he may have passed away, he left an indelible legacy and his portrayal of the Headmaster of Hogwarts will never be forgotten.
