Team USA has received a warning ahead of the Olympics along with a massive demand. A former NBA superstar has been active on social media to share his wild takes and criticism about famous athletes. However, this time, he took it to another level by firing a public warning toward LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, and the rest of the potential Team USA. Moreover, NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal seems to be invested in all the drama. 

What’s surprising is Shaq’s acknowledgment of the former Los Angeles Lakers star’s bizarre warning amid their famous ‘Superman’ beef. Has Shaq called it a truce with the 37-year-old?

Shaq has close ties with a lot of current NBA stars. However, that is not the case when it comes to Dwight Howard. The beef started in 2008 and has popped up once in a while since then. But now it looks like Shaq has ended it by acknowledging Howard’s threat to Team USA. 

The basketball buffs are eager for the Olympics next year. Especially for the Team USA. LeBron James created a wildfire on the internet after sources revealed that the 4x NBA champion was interested in representing his country one more time. To an added surprise for fans, reports have also revealed that Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Damian Lillard, and many more veterans will commit soon.

Looks like Dwight Howard felt left out. Having last played for the Taoyuan Leopards in Taiwan, Howard shared on his Instagram, “I like what I see…but don’t leave ya boy out,” Here comes the warning, “If ya leave me out I’m playing with Taiwan and I’m dropping 85”. 

Howard has made it clear that he may be willing to go to any extent if Team USA does not recruit him. Shaq shared the above post on his Instagram stories for his 32 million followers to see. Did the prolonged beef between the two come to an end?

The dispute between the two started more than a decade ago. However, after 2020, the NBA buffs felt Shaq and Howard put an end to it. That is exactly when Shaq hit the resume button. On ‘NBA on TNT‘, Big Diesel decided to mock Howard’s ‘Superman’ dunk from the 2008 dunk contest publicly. 

Now, Shaq seems to have surprisingly acknowledged the former NBA star’s wild comments on Team USA. It looks like the 51-year-old has called a truce, but you never know when it comes to the above two.
