The Charlotte Hornets have been consistently poor for nearly a decade now. The team is nowhere close to contending for the NBA championship. In fact, they have only won three playoff games in the past 10 years. Things recently went south for the organization when one of their star players faced a season-long suspension. According to reports Michael Jordan has agreed to sell the Charlotte Hornets.

He bought a majority stake in the organization in 2010 and there were reports that he might sell the team for around $3 billion. If the Hornets sale goes down this deal might go down as one of the best economic investments.
