Michael Irvin’s arguable comment surfaced on the Internet

Following Irvin’s comment, the Twitter users engaged in an intense battle. Many were unhappy with Irvin’s attempt to tear down the Chicago Bulls legend. The official page of Lakers Daily posted his quotes on their social handle.

The quotes read, “What LeBron did last year, Michael Jordan couldn’t do, period. He couldn’t take a late group, bring ’em together, and take that group…to go on a run like that [to the Western Conference Finals].”

 

The picture is from James’ match against the Nuggets. Having reached so close to the finals, fans were waiting in anticipation. However, soon the hopes went up in flames as the Los Angeles Lakers lost the NBA Western Conference finals. While James indeed gave his best, some followers went on to criticize him in the comment section. While many supported the Lakers’ legend, some were unhappy with how Irvin compared Jordan to James.
