The “Shaqmission”

The Miami Heat champion was a force to be reckoned with during his prime. However, his tendency to play through with injuries took a toll on his body and slowed him down a bit. Traditional basketball conditioning drills made his injuries worse.

This led him to gain unwanted weight which added more misery during his time with the Heat. This was when Shaq decided to use MMA training to improve his overall fitness and it was a great success.
