Features of the iconic collaboration are evident on the shoes. For example, Jordan’s signature is inked in black at the heel. The embroidered Swooshes are the show stealers of the shoe. To enhance the design, the metallic gold Wings logo is cleverly embellished on the heels. While these creations are some of the best, one thing that continues to bother fans is the allegations of backdooring against Marcus Jordan.

Backdooring claims haunt Marcus Jordan once more

The Trophy Room had to struggle with backdooring allegations during his first collaboration with Chicago Bulls legend and father, Michael Jordan. In the last episode of Complex‘s show “Full Size Run,” Marcus opened up about the controversy. He shared how there was an unnamed individual who was responsible for the entire situation. Even when he found out about the issue, there wasn’t much for him to do and improve the situation. This is why he chose to be silent on the matter.

However, once again, an X user called out Marcus for backdooring the boutique and Jordan Brand’s latest collaboration creation. And this time, Jordan decided to speak up himself. “Bro I’m not finna keep entertaining yo lame a**. This is a global release. Only @TrophyRoomStore & SNKRS releasing in North America. There are THOUSANDS of pairs going releasing in international GEOs and retailers… I can’t control what other shops do,” wrote Jordan in response to a fan criticizing him. While social media still sees an ongoing debate on the matter, Marcus has mentioned that he is not involved in backdooring. What is your take on this? Let us know in the comments section below.
