Marcus Jordan Gave Up Miami Home Before Larsa Pippen Followed Suit With $4 Million Worth Sale

You’re not a Bravolebrity until you’ve been on the receiving end of Andy Cohen’s straightforward questioning. Now a regular face on The Real Housewives of Miami, Marcus Jordan had a quick appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Larsa Pippen. Besides an impending engagement and his dad’s approval, Marcus Jordan revealed more about their relationship.

If it isn’t obvious already, Marcus and Larsa live together. Cohen still asked, “Marcus, you got rid of your place in Miami?” Since “yes” is a full sentence, that’s what Marcus answered. Larsa’s co-star, Lisa Hochstein, aptly said, “Things are evolving.” 

While Michael Jordan has ties to North Carolina and Chicago, he’s been a resident of Jupiter, Florida, for most of his post-NBA life. His family is based in the Sunshine State too. Marcus was a homeowner here around the time he launched his upscale boutique, The Trophy Room, in Orlando in 2022.

Around that time, rumors about the UCF alum’s relationship with Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife were rife. After saying they were nothing more than platonic, they made their relationship Instagram official in January 2023.

RHOM makes it obvious that they’re currently living together in Larsa’s home. She bought the Miami penthouse spanning 3,312 sq. ft. for $3.375 million in 2022. Her divorce from Pippen was finalized in 2021 and she reportedly got half his assets in the settlement.

While Marcus lived with her, RHOM fans noticed the upgrades in the house. Larsa added her own personalizations like wallpapers and blacked-out windows. She’s now listed her penthouse for sale to take the next step in her relationship with Marcus.

Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan are on the house market

Pippen has reportedly listed her penthouse for sale with an asking price of $4.199 million, a cool $824,000 profit she could put to her future goals. The couple is apparently eager to own a home together.

She’s selling it fully furnished in a building that comes with five swimming pools, a game room, a boxing studio, a fitness center, and even a recording studio. They could be looking for similar facilities but reportedly haven’t found a place they like yet.

Larsa and Scottie Pippen’s youngest, 15-year-old Sophia, is now living in Los Angeles and going to high school there. Larsa misses her but is all the more glad she’s enjoying being closer to her dad. She and Marcus have no plans to move to the West Coast though and are intent on finding a new home together in Florida.
