Looks like Big Diesel has slightly shifted his focus toward Michael Jordan today. It’s safe to say the Los Angeles Lakers legend created a ruckus by sharing some Instagram stories. Interestingly, the message was for none other than himself! With a series of interesting NBA facts, Shaquille O’Neal attempted to disrespect Bulls GOAT Michael Jordan. However, just a few minutes later, Diesel humbled himself. It’s no doubt, Shaq is one of the most dominant players to touch the ball. Nonetheless, MJ was dominant in every aspect of the game too, which Shaq himself agrees with.

Sharing an incident from 2004, Shaq shared a story revolving around his best buddy Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan in which he disrespected the Bulls champion. Well, looks like it did not age well!

No superstar ever gives the ‘best player ever’ badge to a specific athlete easily. However, Shaq did not hesitate to do it. As expected, Big Diesel gave it to the late legend Kobe Bryant. He did not stop with that alone!  A sports analyst who recalled his interaction with Shaq in 2004 revealed, “He loves Kobe”. Back when the mamba was on one in ’04, Shaq publicly shared Bryant was the best ever to do it.

However, when the sports analyst roped in Jordan for a debate, Shaq went on to disrespect the 6-time champion with a three worded question.

“WHAT ABOUT HIM?”

Shaq shared this incident on his Instagram story. Nonetheless, a few minutes later, the 4-time champion got humbled.

There are a total of three players who have won an MVP, a championship, a Finals MVP, a scoring title, and an all-defensive team spot in the same season.

Shaquille O’Neal, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Michael Jordan are the only three to receive that honor. However, Shaq got humbled by this too!

How did Shaq humble himself?

In the above-mentioned fact, Shaq and Abdul-Jabbar have received those honors only once in their career. However, for the 5-time MVP Michael Jordan, it was four times. Jordan has accomplished all that in the same season four times in his career, while the rest of the NBA has done it only twice!
