Swift has an enormous fan base and is currently in the middle of a sold-out world tour. Recently, a famous ESPN journalist declared his absolute devotion and love for the 12x Grammy Award Winner.

Taylor Swift is known for her catchy tunes and immaculate lyricism. She is also famous for the close relationship she shares with her fans, affectionately called ‘Swifties’. It was reported that her fans caused a minor earthquake in Seattle’s Lumen’s Field where over 100,000 people came to see her perform live. One can only imagine how much the 33-year music icon is looked up to by her fan base.

Stephen A. Smith is one of the biggest names in the television and the basketball world. He gained fame amongst basketball fans for his rather intriguing takes related to the sport and his screen presence. His unapologetic attitude has made him a fan favorite and many viewers consider him one of the most entertaining analysts in the world.

Smith, on his show, said, “I paid for tickets for two of my daughters and their friends. I’m still broke. It’s ridiculous. Do you know they are reporting that when her concert concludes she will have made over a $1,000,000,000.” While Smith seemed to imply he was forced to buy those tickets, it turns out he thinks that Swift deserves every penny she’s making as he hailed as an exceptional musical performer, leaving her audience wanting more.

One might have never imagined in their wildest dreams of Stephen A. Smith turning into a Swiftie. This was not the first time the journalist was in awe of a musician as it was revealed a couple of years back that he revealed his admiration for another female artist.
