Kevin Garnett is a 15-time NBA All-Star, who has played in the league for a staggering 22 years. In a contact sport like basketball where injuries often occur, only ten out of tens of thousands of NBA players have been lucky enough to play for over 20 years and compete on that level.

In a recent podcast episode, the Boston Celtics legend talks about the unique quality of a 4x NBA champion who continues to defy human science.

In a recent episode of ?KGCertified? on YouTube, Garnett acknowledges and is impressed with LeBron James? longevity as an NBA player.

KG explains in the episode, ?The longevity says something about you and your desire and how much you love the game.? He further explains how treating your body well from a young age and investing money in rehabilitation goes a long way for an athlete.?

KG then compliments LeBron by saying, ?When I?m watching LeBron spend 1 million?that was 5 years ago?probably like 5 million now and what?s he even doing.. stems cells, b12…man I don?t even know.? The 15x All-Star then goes on a tirade admiring LeBron’s dedication, “His desire is matched with his health… he built form the traditional way. Bron built from the old country, you know what I’m saying… he got another 4-5 years left (in the NBA) if he wants this.

KG struggles to find adequate words to explain LeBron?s passion and commitment, which have led to an incredible 21-year NBA journey, and how LeBron, at 38, is still one of the best players in the league currently.

Only 10 players in all of NBA history have played 20 seasons or more in the NBA. Some of these NBA legends are Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, the late Kobe Bryant, Dirk Nowitzki, and Vince Carter among others. However, almost all these legends’ performances on the court gradually declined with the continued wear and tear of their body.

However, only LeBron has been able to still stay very efficient. The 38-year-old future NBA Hall of Famer is still on top of his game and is giving every young NBA player a run for their money in his 21st regular NBA season.
