Even though weight loss is a journey, through consistency and commitment, it is achievable. That is the example that Shaquille O’Neal has set for others. While waxing lyrical about his splendid NBA career and business empire is easy, it is his dedication that truly makes Diesel stand out. Despite having the label of “fat” and his work ethic questioned by Kobe Bryant, the 7-footer has completely reinvented himself.
Now, his journey with fitness is taking him to new heights. Ones that a certain Tiger Woods is wholly?familiar?with.

As part of his excursion to China for the upcoming Asian Games, the Los Angeles Lakers legend has taken over the city. Whether it be law-abiding antics or DJing madness, Shaq is bringing his best to the host nation. As part of his trip, a long schedule will see him staying in Hangzhou, the host city. However, not one to sit idle, the 4-time NBA Champion is making some iconic memories along the way.
Including, a special class to learn Chinese kung fu.
In a video by The Tide, the 351-pounder can be seen testing out his skill.
The nearly 30-second video shows O’Neal hilariously trying to channel his inner Bruce Lee. However, with the musical addition, it does seem like a dance routine by Shaq. With a wry smile on his face, perhaps he too is aware of how the ordeal looks.

While the former Miami Heat champion is taking it in stride today, Woods did it nearly 10 years back.
But, like a good sport, O’Neal was there to help out the golfing legend back then. During EA Sports’ heyday, they made a game called ShaqFu that saw the Hall of Famer role-play as a Kung Fu master.
Even though he might try to make that a reality amidst his scooter ride around, Shaquille did take the role more seriously in a hilarious spoof. In a bid to promote the upcoming PGA Tour game, Tiger would “battle” the former NBA MVP in a Kung Fu battle.
