Dwyane Wade‘s wife Gabrielle Union is always there to support her besties. Union is a seasoned actress with a remarkable career, excelling as both an actress and a philanthropist. Earlier this year, she won the NAACP President’s Award for her distinguished public service. A few short months later, she took to her Instagram to celebrate a dear friend’s hoor.

While Union has presented at the Emmy Awards, the actress never won one herself. So when her long-time friend received the accolade, D-Wade’s wife was justifiably excited. Adair Curtis and his partner Jason Bolden are renowned for Styling Hollywood, a reality series spotlighting their JSN Studio design business. 

Curtis recently celebrated his Emmy win.  Taking to her IG story, Union expressed her excitement over Adair’s latest achievement. She also had few words for him. The message read, “SCREAMING CONGRATULATIONS TO MY BFF @Adair-Curtis FOR WINNING A DAYTIME EMMY!!!!!!! IM SO PROUD OF YOU!”

Bolden is a revered stylist and Curtis is acclaimed for his expertise in interior design, expanding their full-service collective to cater to diverse fashion and design requirements. The couple received valuable surrogacy advice from the actress and her husband. Both Wade and Union advised them and emphasized the importance of leaning on each other for support.

Describing Gabrielle’s advice, Curtis said, “Jason is gonna be the only person to really understand exactly what you’re going through because he is going through it the same exact time.” Union’s suggestion is understandable, especially considering her previous statement where she revealed that it was Wade who persuaded her to consider surrogacy.

In an interview with People magazine, the actress opened up about navigating the challenges of infertility and the unwavering support she received from Wade along the way.

While Gabrielle Union longed for pregnancy, the actress also faced heartbreak with several miscarriages. After witnessing his wife endure such pain for a long time, Wade eventually had to convey his stance on the matter and prioritize the wellbeing of his wife.

“As much as we want this baby, I want you. We’ve lost too much in our relationship for me to be okay with you to do one more thing to your body and soul.” The two finally decided on surrogacy and welcomed their daughter Kaavia James in 2018. Adair and Bolden also had their first son Arrow Fox in 2021.
