Mental health has finally made its way into people’s conversations. As more celebrities embrace the talk about mental peace, several others have begun to follow them. Gabrielle Union is one of those personalities. She has always been vocal about mental health issues. Sharing her story, she strives to encourage other people. Her husband Dwyane Wade seems to be following the same path as his wife to attain mental peace.

Dwyane Wade immerses in nature to find inner peace

Recently, the legend took to his Instagram to share some moments from his Africa trip. He shared the clips on his IG Story. Initially, we see the 3x champion playfully run across the beach. However, in the next clip, he shared the reason for his visit. Like his wife, he knew that for ultimate joy and happiness, he had to acquire inner peace.

Explaining to his 20.3 million followers, he shared, “Man set my intentions right here in the Red Sea I want to request for peace and it starts with inner peace first.” He added, “I want to quest for inner peace; quest for joy for experiences man for connections soul connections.” 

Moreover, he added how he wants to live to the fullest without any limitations to mind and body. Back in 2022, Gabrielle took a trip to Africa, for the same reason, to discover her true self. Alongside daughter Kaavia Wade and her husband, the actress wanted to experience the beauty of her mother continent.

Gabrielle Union discovers superhero origin during her trip to Africa

When the actress turned 50, she decided that she had to visit Africa. She had one thing in her mind, which was to find peace when she went back to her roots. Returning to her culture meant a source of inspiration and peace for her.

She was captivated by the idyllic places and the power of it. While she sat close to the Assin Manso Slave River Site in Ghana, she shared the Superhero origin story. “This is my superhero origin story right here.
