Following the surprising turn of events, a 50-year-old NBA veteran has taken to his social media to talk about the shocking trade.

Damian Lillard?s shocking trade to Milwaukee Bucks

After a 11-year-long journey with the Portland Trail Blazers, Damian Lillard has finally decided to join forces with Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo. Damian Lillard has never won an NBA championship in his 11 years with Portland. However, his trade to Milwaukee Bucks (the 2021 NBA champions) can prove very beneficial for his basketball legacy. He had a very good support system in the Portland but Milwaukee will probably give him the tools he requires for winning an NBA ring.

In a recent Instagram post, 50-year-old NBA veteran Jalen Rose talks about Lillard?s trade to the Milwaukee Bucks. He says, ?It finally happened. The Portland Trail Blazers have trade Dame ?Dolla? to the Milwaukee Bucks to play with the Greek Freak, Giannis Antetokounmpo. Great to see two guys that stood on loyalty, the way Giannis has done with the Bucks and already win a championship. And Dame did for years with the Portland Trail Blazers, to team up in an era where people are trying to force feed them to large markets?pretending that?s going to heighten their chances of not only winning a championship but more treason to get endorsements.?.

He further added, ?Dame ?Dolla? has more endorsements and commercials probably than everybody except Steph (Curry) and/or Giannis. Good to see them team up. Deandre Ayton will be in Portland. I think that?s a great pick-up for him. I think he find his stride there. Jrue Holiday May ends up?in Miami as a ?consolation? prize for the Heat. So, there you go Jimmy Butler.?.

He even mentioned in an interview where he made it clear that he wants to go to Miami by citing the fact that he loved the city, had great respect for Jimmy Butler and the Heat organisation. He is also good friends with Bam Adebayo.

However, Portland?s three-team deal with the Milwaukee Bucks and the Phoenix Suns crushed that chance. The Portland Trail Blazers traded Damian Lillard to the Milwaukee Bucks. Only time will tell if the two NBA superstars will work together to win an NBA championship for the Milwaukee Bucks.
