Dwyane Wade’s daughter Zaya is leading Bottega Veneta’s latest campaign. She shared pictures on Instagram from her visit to Milan flaunting the brand’s accessories. As soon as the early pictures surfaced, her father, her one-man hype squad, sprung into action. The young fashionista has often found support from her father and this time was no different.

On this occasion, Dwyane Wade praised her, “Style, confidence and grace!” on his Instagram Stories where he also added the official Bottega Veneta posts.

Zaya arrived at the Bottega Veneta AW24 show at Milan Fashion, wearing a classic striped BV shirt and pants and carrying a satchel. Her silver braids were a character of their own. Her stepmother, Gabrielle Union also commented under the original post “Looooove.” Union, who is turning heads in London, hyped Zaya’s Milan Fashion Week foray on her Instagram stories too with the caption, “The braid toss…legend status.”

While Dwyane Wade currently has a partnership with Versace, he has a connection to Bottega Veneta too. Most recently, he dressed in the brand at Fwrd’s Hall of Fame party in August 2023. But this post was all about Zaya.

Zaya’s association with Bottega Veneta, a brand valued at a staggering $5 billion, marks a significant milestone in her budding career. She has previously collaborated with Tiffany & Co. and strutted the runway for Miu Miu at Paris Fashion Week.

16-year-old Zaya is balancing her fashion career alongside her regular teenage life. As D-Wade says, she’s going to school and handling academics while also inking deals with brands like Bottega Veneta and Miu Miu. And she’s had her cheerleader father with her along the way.

At Zaya’s Paris Fashion Week debut in 2023, Wade, Union, and her loved ones were in the front row like her own cheerleading squad. After giving her a runway debut, Miu Miu had Zaya lead their gender-fluid 2023-24 fall/winter campaign with Emma Corrin. “She’s arrived,” Wade and Union wrote on Instagram after the show.

Zaya Wade celebrated the moment by posting videos from the runway, behind-the-scenes shots, and a video of her dad giving her a hug on Instagram. “To witness your grace is something,” Dwyane Wade commented, letting his daughter know he was proud of her.

While her famous parents have their own fashion affiliations, Zaya is forging her own while also making a mark as an LGBTQ+ activist. With Union Gabrielle’s big splash at the London Fashion Week’s Burberry show, his son Zaire on his Way of Wade tour, and Zaya’s rising career D-Wade has more than one reason to be hyped about his family.
