Just like Taylor Swift a couple of months ago, Beyonce also released a film of her recently concluded world tour, ‘Renaissance’. Stars from various industries are flocking to the theatres to watch the iconic singer’s legendary tour on the big screen. Amongst them was Bring It On star and NBA legend Dwyane Wade’s wife, Gabrielle Union. And to say she was left spellbound would be an understatement.
The movie has received rave reviews from critics and Union was not to be left behind in praising the film. Reacting to a clip from the movie where Beyonce can be seen refuting someone’s (likely producer) claim confidently, Union wrote, “Relatable asf. The roar that went UPPPP during the premiere was glorious! Rare you get to actually see this kind of exchange and KNOW she thrived without fear of a damn thing.”

‘Renaissance‘ is a docu-film by Beyonce about the making of her album and her World Tour. It premiered last Friday and has left people amazed. “Thriving without fear“, as the 51-year-old actress called it, is something she has done throughout her career. Union faced numerous struggles while trying to make a name for herself in the industry. But she didn’t fear anybody.
Just a few years ago, she filed a discrimination complaint against America’s Got Talent and spoke about the show’s reportedly toxic work culture. Moreover, she is the stepmother of Dwyane Wade’s transgender daughter, Zaya, and has continued to provide her support whenever required. So it’s understandable that she would relate to this moment more than any other part of the movie.

Putting the focus back on the movie, its premiere drew some of the biggest celebrities in the world and it was a glorious silver carpet.
Gabrielle Union, Vanessa Bryant, and more attended the World Premiere
The World Premiere of the movie took place on November 25 at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills. Union stepped out in a Cong Tri ready-to-wear black halter gown, which featured a fuzzy skirt with silver embellishments. She completed her look with a delicate silver choker and a matching tennis bracelet.
