One of the NBA’s most stylish men, Dwyane Wade, is a fashion icon. Whether it’s a big night such as the Met Gala or the launch party of his joint brand with his wife Gabrielle Union, the legend is always dressed in style, and he just decided to take it a notch higher with his collab with fashion giant Versace. His eyewear line with the brand has already started to grab headlines.
In his latest interview with TV show host Jimmy Fallon, the legend spoke about his Oscar-nominated film, his new podcast as well as the all-new delightful men’s eyewear campaign. Wade’s journey into fashion began with a genuine appreciation for Versace’s designs. The brand’s creations not only caught his eye but also ignited his passion for fashion. Ever since, he has wanted to be a part of the brand’s fashion process. Fortunately, Versace’s creative team was on the same page. This mutual admiration led to a collaboration that saw Wade starring in the latest Versace Eyewear campaign, photographed by the revered Mario Testino.
He also brought along two pieces from his eyewear collection for the interview. Urging Fallon to try on the glasses, both the host and his guest were flaunting their good looks. ‘Easy E’s.’ Giving a special name to his new eyewear collection, he said, “I like to name things. So, I named these the Eazy E’s. Yes, my campaign is coming out really soon next week.”
