After almost 5 years away and 42 years of age, Dwyane Wade still seems to be in terrific shape. But what fans may consider terrific seems to be not enough for the NBA icon. It is worth mentioning that Dwayne Wade has always been a promoter of a healthy physique and body positivity. In 2023, he issued a Wade Workout Challenge. It was aimed at promoting fitness goals with 6 exercises.
While the 1st exercise was backward walking on the treadmill, the 2nd exercise was the same, but with weights. The 3rd and 4th exercises included 3 sets of pushups and pullups, respectively. The last two exercises included 3 sets of ab-raises and 3 sets of ab-twists. The Miami Heat icon issued the challenge on TikTok, featuring him doing all the six exercises mentioned above.
