The Detroit Pistons lost their game to the Boston Celtics, despite a 20-point difference at halftime. They have extended their losing streak to 28, but the Pistons showcased they are capable of a tight battle against the Eastern Conference’s best team. Pistons’ youngster Cade Cunningham tried his best to showcase some positivity, amid this terrible phase. However, NBA champion Dwight Howard is here to shadow any silver linings.

Cunningham, after another disappointing loss shared, “I think it shows like we’re on the same level as all these teams we’re playing against. There’s no team that I’ve ever come across in the NBA where I felt like I was going into a slaughterhouse.” That’s an appreciable mindset for a 22-year-old, but Howard doesn’t have any of it.

With a huge grin on his face, the 3-time DPOY shared a video of him calling Cunningham to Taiwan, where he represents the T1 league. He tweeted, “Taiwan is calling”, mocking the Pistons for their defeat to the Celtics. Cunningham has been crucial for the Pistons offensively. He is averaging a noteworthy 23.3 points and 7.1 assists. Anyhow, Howard decided to mock him after his 28th straight loss.

Well, this is  just mocking the Pistons yet again, but Howard has been aching to return to the NBA for a pretty long time now. He does not miss any chance he gets. After the Pistons set the record for the most consecutive losses in a single season, the 8x All-Star tweeted, “You know who would win them some games lol”, as he shared his new starting five for the Pistons. Howard’s suggested team included Isiah Thomas, John Wall, Michael Beasley, Demarcus Cousins, and himself at the center.

All the above-mentioned players were once NBA veterans and now free agents, except Rondo. The Pistons could actually make use of Howard, considering their lack of defense. What can go wrong now after all the massacres so far?
