In 2022, NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley went on a national radio show and gave all the details of his negotiations with “LIV Golf Tour” and where he stood with TNT back then. The NBA Hall of Famer openly talked about leaving TNT if “LIV Golf Tour” gave him a lucrative offer.

Charles Barkley clarified that he was considering this only for the money. The former NBA star also revealed other details about his conversations with both the media companies. He mentioned that he had dinner chief of “LIV Golf” Greg Norman the week before. But they didn’t make an offer to him. He also mentioned that “Turner Sports” has been extremely quiet about his future with the company.

Barkley explicitly said that he makes around $20 million per year working for ?TNT? but is willing to leave that job if “LIV Golf” offered him a whopping $60 million per year. Charles Barkley concludes the?interview as he says, ?I?m not going to keep TNT in Limbo? he stated that he has given “LIV Golf” enough publicity for the week, and if they don?t reply soon, he will commit to “Turner Sports” for the foreseeable future.
