Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen were considered to be one of the NBA?s most successful player duos of all time! The two NBA legends have won 6 NBA Championships together and contributed majorly to the Chicago Bulls franchise’s legacy. After the release of the famous “Last Dance” documentary in 2020, which shows the iconic championship runs of the Bulls in the 1990s, the long-term friendship of Jordan and Pippen was negatively affected.

In a recent interview, NBA Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman opens up about the Jordan-Pippen ‘beef’ and gives his honest opinion on whether this ‘beef’ will ever end.

In a recent interview for ‘TMZ Sports?,? Dennis Rodman gets asked about his opinion on the Jordan-Pippen feud. The ?TMZ? reporter asks Rodman, ?So the ?Last Dance? documentary?what was your take on it? It seems that Pippen has a little bit of ?beef? with Jordan over that documentary. What is your take on it??.

Dennis Rodman replies, ?I didn?t really have a problem with it. I didn?t expect to get paid from that. That was like the 1997-1998 season where everyone knew that they (cameramen) were taping us the whole year but no one knew that it was Jordan.?.

Rodman further explains, ?We had cameras on us 24/7. When the ?Last Dance? came out, a lot of people were shocked to see Michael Jordan?s name on it. A lot of people got upset because they didn?t get the credit, or the money. I didn?t want the money, I was just happy to be on there, doing my job.?.

The ?TMZ? reporter further asks Dennis Rodman, ?Did Pippen and Jordan have any tension when they were playing together??. The rebounding genius replied, ?I never saw them get into the fight. They were always hanging out together, playing golf together and traveling together.?.

Dennis Rodman further explains that Scottie Pippen probably is a little bitter with how the ?Last Dance? documentary was shown and that Jordan is more laid-back about it. However, Rodman believes that the iconic player duo will soon settle their ?beef?.

As Dennis Rodman mentions, Jordan and Pippen were friends for decades before their long-term friendship got strained in 2020. After the release of the ?Last Dance? Netflix documentary, Scottie Pippen very publicly voiced his disappointment with how he was portrayed in the documentary.

Scottie Pippen even went on to release his book ?Unguarded? wherein he talked about the iconic championship runs of the Chicago Bulls, from his perspective.

Many people from the NBA community were quick to take their favorite player?s side. However, this only increased the tension between the two lifelong friends. Despite Pippen?s public call-outs to Jordan and the makers of the documentary, Michael Jordan has not made any public statement with regard to the documentary or Pippen.
